A Bundle of Silver Hair

This is a drawing of discovery. InuYasha and Jesse know each other but don't really know each other. While in the US, they are thrown together and have to find ways other than words to communicate since one can't speak the language of the other. Even so, they still know little of each other when at last he's returned to his own time.

It isn't until later, when she purposely follows him to his time that they can actually find out just who they are to each other. In this case, while Jesse is out, InuYasha snoops and finds her journals (there are many) and he then stumbles across the one she kept when he'd been in her country. Little of it makes sense to him, but it does contain a lock of his own hair. He doesn't recall giving it to her and he is conflicted at finding it. How did she get this? Why doesn't he remember it? What is she up to?
